DOLE XI’s Quality Management System covers the following scope and offices including their physical locations.
Provision of Labor and Employment Programs and Services, specifically services implemented for (1)Employment Facilitation; (2)Employment Preservations and Regulation; and (3)Workers' Protection and Welfare.

The scope of DOLE XI Quality Management System Manual covers all clauses of ISO 9001:2015. These requirements shall be integrated into the different processes and activities, as applicable, in order to provide quality services to the satisfaction of its clients.
Purpose of DOLE XI Quality Management System
The establishment of a Quality Management System is a strategic decision of DOLE XI Top Management. lt believes that the Quality Management System is a management tool it can use to improve its overall performance and provide a sound basis for continual improvement of its operation.
Specifically, the DOLE XI quality management system aims to:
1. Exceed customer or client satisfaction by consistently providing quality services
2. Be effective and efficient in the delivery of its labor and employment programs and services; and
3. Provide a framework for continual improvement at every aspect of its management system.
The DOLE Davao Region adopts the following Quality Policy:
DOLE XI commits to perform its mandate following established Quality Management Standards while working towards continual improvement in order to achieve high level customer satisfaction.
The Quality Policy shall be communicated within the organization and be posted in conspicuous area of all DOLE XI Offices. The same shall also be recited during Monday convocations attended by members of the organization and outsourced personnel.
The Quality Manual
This Quality Manual defines how DOLE XI integrates the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in its labor and employment programs and services. lt also serves as the general policies of the organization related to quality and provides illustration of the sequence of interaction of its processes.
